Meet Your Facilitator
Tyler MacAfee brings a unique combination of municipal experience, executive leadership and strategic planning expertise to the council table.
Tyler began his career with the Association of Manitoba Municipalities, developing a firsthand understanding of local government, the relationship between council and administration, and the realities of community leadership.
He went on to hold senior leadership roles at the University of Manitoba and Winnipeg Airports Authority, working with executives, boards and governments to navigate complex challenges, build consensus and turn ambitious ideas into achievable plans.
Today, through The MacAfee Group, Tyler brings that experience back to the municipal sector—combining his municipal roots with more than two decades of experience in strategy, leadership and stakeholder engagement.
His approach is collaborative, practical and focused on results: helping councils find common ground, establish a shared direction and build a roadmap they can act on.
